Complete POS Solution is the business of Dipendra Guragain, an authorized NRS distributor in Dallas, Texas. NRS makes point-of-sale systems for independent stores, and Dipendra sells, installs and supports them for gas stations, convenience and grocery stores, liquor and smoke shops, restaurants and salons. I designed and built the website at completepos.store, researched the keywords behind it, wrote its FAQs and set up its structured data. I also listed the business on Bing.

01 / The client

Dipendra Guragain, an authorized NRS distributor in Dallas, Texas, selling NRS POS systems and NRS PAY card processing to independent stores.

02 / The brief

Every page should end in a phone call or a quote request, and the site had to be found by store owners who type a question long before they type a company name.

03 / What I delivered

The website, a 12-group keyword map, more than 80 FAQs, nine guides, structured data, and a private admin for leads, guides, products and site text.

04 / Where it stands

Live since late October 2026. A week later, 19 of its 38 pages were listed in a Google site: search. I'm not claiming rankings.

The problem: a distributor sits between the manufacturer and the store owner

Search for an NRS POS system and the pages Google can choose from include NRS's own website, software review sites and “best POS” roundups. A distributor in Dallas won't beat the manufacturer at being the official source. The openings are different: be the nearest, answer price and setup questions in plain words, give each kind of store its own page, and put a real person's phone number on all of it.

That became the brief for the keyword work. Every page needed a search it was built to answer.

How I researched the keywords

I started from Google's own autocomplete suggestions for a handful of seed terms, then read the results for the main ones. No paid keyword tool was involved, so I don't have search volumes. Inside each group, the order is simply how often Google suggested a search. That's enough to decide what to build and in what order. It isn't enough to forecast traffic, and I don't claim any.

I sorted the searches by what the person wants, grouped the ones that return the same kind of page, and gave each group one page. The map has 12 groups. Six of them are below. The full table, with the actual searches, is in the keyword mapping example I wrote from this project.

What I built

The SEO foundation, and why each piece is there

Technical SEO makes a site eligible to rank. It doesn't guarantee rankings, traffic or leads, which depend on competition, content and time. This is what was set up.

01 / Titles that start with the search

Pages open with the words a store owner types, such as “NRS POS Price & Cost (2026)” and “Gas Station POS System with Pump Integration”, and the description carries the main feature.

02 / One official address per page

Every page names a single canonical address, so near-duplicate pages don't compete with each other.

03 / Structured data

Machine-readable facts: the business and Dipendra as a local business and a person, products with their list prices, industry pages as services, guides as articles, and breadcrumbs and FAQs on each page that has them.

04 / A sitemap that welcomes AI crawlers

The sitemap lists all 38 pages. The robots file names the main search and AI crawlers, Bingbot included, and keeps only the admin private.

05 / Plain-text summaries for AI

An llms.txt file and a longer llms-full.txt describe the business and its pages, so assistants such as ChatGPT can read them without guessing.

06 / Listed on Bing

I listed the business on Bing, so it can show up there as well as in Google.

The honest part: the site went live at the end of October 2026, and about half of its pages were listed in Google within a week. That says the pages can be found. It doesn't say they rank, and I'm not claiming rankings, traffic or leads here. The numbers worth checking a month or two in are impressions and clicks per page in Search Console, and which of the twelve keyword groups show up at all.

What comes next

These sit outside the original scope. They are the next levers, in the order I'd pull them:

Questions about this project

What did you do for Complete POS Solution?

I designed and built the website, researched and mapped the keywords it targets, wrote its FAQs and set up its structured data, and built the private admin where the owner manages leads, guides, products and site text. I also listed the business on Bing.

Can a small POS distributor outrank the manufacturer's website?

For the manufacturer's own brand searches, rarely and not quickly. The realistic openings are the searches the manufacturer answers thinly: local ones, one page per kind of store, and plain answers on price and setup. This site was built around those. It is new, so I'm not claiming rankings yet.

How long does a new business website take to show up on Google?

Pages can be listed within days. About half of this site's pages were listed within a week of launch. Ranking is slower. A new site competing for a competitive search should expect 6 to 12 months for real movement, and a narrow, well-targeted page can move faster.

Why list a business on Bing as well as Google?

Bing is a separate search engine with its own index, and some other search products draw on its results. A listing costs little, and it means the business can be found in places Google doesn't reach.

Do you work with businesses in the US from Nepal?

Yes. Complete POS and Realtor Punya are both in Texas, and I built both remotely. I also work with businesses in Nepal. Read the Realtor Punya case study.

What is a keyword map?

A table that gives each group of related searches one page on the website, chosen by what the searcher wants. It stops pages competing with each other and shows which pages still need building. See the full keyword map for this site.

Want a keyword map for your own business?

Send me your website, or tell me you don't have one, plus the three questions customers ask you most. I'll look at it and send back a short note on which pages I'd build first.

Free first look · no obligation · I don't promise rankings or leads, ever.
